This site is built privacy-first and aligned with the GDPR (Art. 13).

Browsing: nothing. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts.
Fonts & assets: self-hosted — no requests to third parties.
Contact: when the contact form is live it will collect the name, email and message you submit, relayed to the owner's inbox via Resend (EU region). Until then, contact is by direct email.

To respond to your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) or 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in replying). No marketing without a fresh opt-in.

Cloudflare (hosting/CDN) — processes IP addresses and request metadata as an infrastructure processor.
Resend (EU) — relays contact-form messages once the form is live.
No Google Analytics, no ad platforms, no social embeds.

Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted.

Access (15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), portability (20), objection (21). Exercise them via the contact section.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD at cnpd.pt.

No cookies are set. No analytics, no third-party cookies — so no consent banner is required.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and served from Cloudflare's infrastructure with encrypted transit.
